it has to be published to do this

so I will tell you a story for your benefit

I used to jump on the trampoline everyday all day I would use it to play imaginary games in my head

I used to dream of worlds that I could water bend and air bend in stuff (from avatar the last air bender)

then I would go inside to play a video game (Zelda games) then I would do that on repeat through out my childhood

in a way I was in a feedback loop of sorts consisting of just me

ANY time I would get interrupted on the trampoline I would freeze …

then get very angry

because I was interrupted

in a way I am still like that

so yea

moral of the story don’t get angry now at those that love you

sometimes they might not understand

but more often I did not understand

so seek to understand fully

Writing Routine

my writing routine is simple and easy to understand now this is a easy concept to remember also

in a nutshell the writing routine can be adapted to fit any and all time frames whether it is to write 20 minutes at the minimum and many hours at the longest

here it is … it is to write pause read pause write

sounds simple but it goes deeper than that …

when I was in school I wrote essays I did not know it at the time but I enjoyed it

but it comes from the academic side of writing

when you read something they say underline it

then this is where my writing method comes in

pause to remember what you write

then

rewrite in your own words those things that YOU underlined

then pause again

the pauses are there for you either do nothing, to keep yourself fueled and continue reading

or to review AWAY from ANY manuscript in your mind and write again

and again if you did not get it

pause write pause read pause

you can do it within 10 minutes or many hours it is very adaptable

and remember it is ok just to read

or just to write

the routine comes in handy when you are stuck

use timers to help you with pauses the other aspects should be done without a timer but instead a clock

KNOW your GOALS by HEART

do you even REMEMBER what you set out to TODAY this also goes for your daily tasks so here is a story that applies to remembering your goals / tasks

my wife on this road trip was going to be stressed if we went to this convention center in Utah I was stressed because she was stressed so we where not going to be ok on this trip

we where staying with a family member and he was not home so I believe we where most likely yelling at each other

I do not like yelling so

I said our plan needs to be simple and memorable so we do not get to the point of not knowing why we where here

our plan

we wake up
EAT
we pray / read scriptures
we go out for the day

I know that this plan was simple and is almost childish on how simple and clear it is

but it is what helped ourselves know the plan

but you know what we definitely stuck to the plan

the reason…

we could remember and memorize our goals and tasks within 5 seconds

so that is the secret to actually sticking with it and not succumbing to anxiety

I am going to break down why for each of my goals

first … We wake up waking up is something hard not to do eventually that is pretty much a auto win

but it goes further then that for many people have to do specific things to feel awake

that is what is meant first WAKE UP

second we eat this is to sustain us until we stall out at lunch needing to stop the daily tasks and restart until dinner

3rd thing is more for making sure that we are aligned to our beliefs and goals

then 4th we go out and finish what we wanted to do this morning

which was in this case just to have a good day

because sometimes that is the only thing that we can manage

Life is Worth Living

Be Grateful

this is because even if it is hard to live you made it this far

and that means you can definitely go a little further maybe just one more day

or even one more hour YOU CAN do it

you may not be able to sustain your hard ships every day for the rest of your life

but you definitely can make it just 5 more minutes

start from where you are currently

don’t plan for some distant future to start your character growth start today

Image gallery

Hugo theme Stack supports the creation of interactive image galleries using Markdown. It’s powered by PhotoSwipe and its syntax was inspired by Typlog.

To use this feature, the image must be in the same directory as the Markdown file, as it uses Hugo’s page bundle feature to read the dimensions of the image. External images are not supported.

Stack has built-in support for math typesetting using KaTeX.

It’s not enabled by default side-wide, but you can enable it for individual posts by adding math: true to the front matter. Or you can enable it side-wide by adding math = true to the params.article section in config.toml.
